Pressure Sensitive Adhesive

PROFLEX® Pro Stick 76 Premium Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is formulated to install luxury vinyl tile (LVT), luxury vinyl plank (LVP), carpet tile, fiberglass backed sheet and sheet vinyl flooring. PROFLEX® PS-76 provides a high strength water resistant bond and protects against bacteria growth. PROFLEX® PS-76 is a VOC compliant adhesive certified by CRI’s Green Label Plus, RFCI’s FloorScore and UL GREENGUARD.

Suitable Surfaces 

• Concrete: Above, or below grade in absence of excessive moisture and alkalinity
• Underlayment grade OSB
• Cutback residue when reduced to a fine film
• APA registered underlayment plywood
• Gypsum or lightweight concrete primed with PROFLEX® Super Prime (SP-1)
• Radiant heated subfloors less than 85°F (29° C) 
• Non-cushioned backed sheet vinyl
• VCT
• Terrazzo with waxes and polishes removed

Coverages

1. Over porous (LVT/LVP). 1/16″ x 1/16″ x 1/16″ Square Notch. 150-180 sq. ft. /gal.
2. Over porous (Sheet Vinyl Flooring. 1/16″ x 1/32″ x 1/32″ U Notch. 220-260 sq. ft. /gal.
3. Over non-porous or primed substrates (dry to touch) (LVT/LVP & Sheet Vinyl Flooring). 1/16″ x 1/32″ x 1/32″ U Notch. 220-260 sq. ft. /gal.
4. Over non-porous or primed substrates (dry to touch) (Carpet Tile or Fiberglass Sheet Goods). 3/8″ Nap Paint Roller. 300-350 sq. ft. / gal.

Uses

PS-76 is designed for the installation of LVT/LVP, Carpet Tile, Fiberglass Backed Sheet and Sheet Vinyl Flooring.

PS-76 has high moisture resistance. For LVT/LVP and carpet tile flooring moisture emissions, according to ASTM F-1869 Anhydrous Calcium chloride test method, should not exceed 8lbs/1000sq.ft.-24hours or 95% RH according to ASTM F2170 test method.

For fiberglass backed sheet and sheet vinyl flooring moisture emissions, according to ASTM F-1869 Anhydrous Calcium chloride test method, should not exceed 5lbs/1000sq.ft.-24hours or 85% RH according to ASTM F2170 test method.
